The ground seemed too wet to play outside today due to the warmer temperatures melting the snow in the backyard and turning it into a swamp. But then we heard the tree cutters and had to go take a peak. Kamden quickly spotted the marshy puddles in the grass and I could not tell him, "No." I does not miss a chance to "plash" in bodies of water.

Then in the same token, to know that it was the same fact, that someone would fall down in it...
His play sparked the curiosity of the other two and before you knew it all three of them were making snow mud pies and artistic creations.Skylar seems to be playing it safe this time but this little girl is not afraid to get dirty. I like the dress that she had to hold up out of the dress and the tiny little finger dipping into the mud puddle.
Dustin was hard at work turning white ice chunks into brown artwork.

So I thought I would not have any good shots for the day. Then, in order to give myself a second to do some laundry while the kids were home on vacation, I decided to put in the Disney Bingo dvd that was given to us. Skylar wanted to share with me each character that she recognized. As she pointed out the bear from Jungle Book we realized that both her Nana and Grandma Sherwood had the same favorite movie. Then she pointed out that so familiar deer, Bamboo.
I could not help but laugh. I soon realized that there are no days that I should be without a picture to recall those moments that pass so quickly. There are no such days, as days with no good pictures. As long as one is taken and a memory is savored, it shall be called, good.
"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."
Colossians 2:6,7
Beautiful shots!! I like the first one of Dustin crouched down and the ones of Kamden in the house are classic. Skylar is easy...she's beautiful, but its when you get those "moments" that its great! Nice work.
