So they called for snow squalls today.
We wound up with a few inches but it kept everyone on their toes, from cancelled field trips (sorry Dustin), to stuck buses (the two girls I watch and get off that bus mid-day), to first time bus riders (Dustin rode the afternoon bus home to make so I did not have to pack up 4 kids into the van).
But that is the joy and beauty of living in New England. And what a beautiful sight it was.
The bigger joy are the smiles that snow brings across the faces of the kids. Nothing like fresh, never stepped in, never pooed in, white snow. He is just now discovering the childhood popularity of eatting snow. "Ummm," he says.
