Christmas Day, Part III

After our traveling guests have parted and our children have taken a nap, we go over to one of Adam's parent's houses. This year it was his mom. We ate a beautifully prepared meal and had wonderful conversation, including whether the toilet paper roll should go over or under. Wow, I don't think I have laughed so hard...Now I know as you read this post you are going to have the same conversation with someone else. The day was filled with
cuddling...
cousins...

and CANDY CANES. Don't let Kamden see one unless you are willing to share one with him. Those are not false teeth, it is candy cane pieces.

On Sunday December 27th we extended the Hill family Christmas over Grandma Hill's. This is the first year she had done the "Open House" as she liked to call it. It was a nice gathering and most of all I was glad to see that my three children were behaved enough to not break anything or cause a rukis in the one room that we all gathered in for 2 1/2 hours. Two of their cousins did arrive about an hour and a half after we did and that helped. It was nice to see Adam and his mom remember silly things about his childhood which stemmed from the old chair Kamden had been sitting in. Here are Kamden and Skylar making the most of their time. Skylar will do anything to get her hands on that hair of his and pet him and snuggle him. Sweet sister.

Dustin, you were there, but as usual...you spent your time running waiting for Evan. Then you were outside with the boys playing football.
